AI Beauty Booking ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Platform. Please read this policy carefully. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described herein.
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment details when you create an account or make a booking. We also collect information automatically when you use the Platform, including your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage data such as pages visited and features used.
We use the information we collect to: (a) provide, maintain, and improve the Platform; (b) process bookings and payments; (c) send you transactional communications such as booking confirmations and reminders; (d) respond to your enquiries and support requests; (e) detect and prevent fraud and abuse; (f) comply with legal obligations; and (g) send you marketing communications where you have given consent.
We share your information with Salons when you make a booking, so they can fulfil your appointment. We also share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, including payment processors (Stripe), cloud infrastructure providers, and analytics services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyse Platform usage. Essential cookies are necessary for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled. You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings, but this may affect your experience on the Platform.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. We may retain certain information for longer periods where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and financial record-keeping. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. Where we transfer information internationally, we take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information.
